Information Collected

When you sign the Terms of Use for an Inithium Developer Kit, you voluntarily share your Real-Life location and legal signature.

 

We will use your information for the processing of your application and filing of the Terms of Use.

 

Information Storage

Inithium is an international company. By agreeing to our Terms, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside of the United States and your home country. This transfer will be solely used for the purposes discussed in this policy.

 

Inithium will only keep your information as long as you have a license for the Inithium Developer Kits. If you relinquish your license, we will remove it from our records, unless there is a need for us to reserve it for legal or regulatory obligations.

 

Information Sharing

Inithium will not share your information except among the staff required to process your application, and in cases where law enforcement and government agencies require it.

 

In the case of a breach of the Terms, we will share your information with our legal team to pursue legal prosecution.

We do not otherwise sell or share the personal information we collect.

 

Your Options

You can request access to the information we hold about you by sending an email to developer@inithium.com. We will respond with your information within 30 days of the receipt of your request.

 

You can correct your information in the case of a mistake, and we will discard the outdated and old information.

You can request your information provided to be sent to another organization within technical feasibility.

You can request additional information regarding the processing of your data.

 

Privacy Laws

We are in compliance with the GDPR, and our Data Protection Officer can be reached at developer@inithium.com.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires disclosure of what categories of information we collect and communication of your rights under California law. We collect your legal signature and your real-life country of residence. You may exercise your right to know and access your information, your right to equal service, and your right to delete your information. Deleting your information will also result in revocation of your Inithium Developer Kits license.

 

Changes to the Policy

We may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time, and continued use of the Inithium Developer Kits will signify your agreement to the new changes. If we are making major and significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we will alert you and/or gain your consent, as required by law.
